North Sikkim Lachung & Yumthang Escape | 5 Nights 6 Days

Check out after breakfast and continue towards Lachung. Along the way, discover Seven Sisters Waterfall, Naga Waterfall, Chungthang Valley and Lachung Village. As the road continues towards Lachung Village, streams, wooded slopes and shifting clouds frame the journey. From Yumthang Valley onward, water, forest and green slopes keep the scenery fresh throughout the day. Before returning to Lachung, pause once more for the view beyond Yumthang Valley. After Yumthang Valley, settle in for dinner and overnight rest.

After breakfast, check out and leave for Gangtok, with Lachung Monastery, Teesta Valley and North Sikkim Waterfalls woven into the drive. Between Lachung Monastery and North Sikkim Waterfalls, cool spray and hill roads keep the outing refreshing. Reach Gangtok by evening, complete the hotel check-in and settle down for dinner and overnight rest.

Begin the morning with breakfast before visiting Rumtek Monastery, Banjhakri Falls, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology and MG Marg. Around Rumtek Monastery, water and greenery bring a calm rhythm to the route. Before returning to Gangtok, pause once more for the view beyond Rumtek Monastery. Dinner and overnight stay follow in Gangtok.

After breakfast and hotel check-out, visit Teesta River Views and Himalayan Foothills before beginning the return drive to Bagdogra Airport / NJP Railway Station. Beyond Himalayan Foothills, the final road carries one last sweep of hills, valleys and settlements past the window. Reach the drop point as scheduled, ending the journey with Teesta River Views among its final memories.
